India Gate is a War Memorial to soldiers killed in the First World War. This is a memorial to 70000 soldiers of British Indian Army who fell between 1914 to 1921 during the First World War in East Africa, Gallipoli, Mesopotamia and elsewhere in the Near & the Far East and the Third Anglo-Afghan War. The Foundation stone was laid by the visiting Duke of Connaught on 10th February 1921. After the visit of India Gate proceed to Humayun Tomb.
Humayun Tomb is the First Garden Tomb on Indian Sub Continent. This was Commissioned by Haji Begum who was the First wife & Chief Consort of Humayun. Humayun Tomb is also known as Maqbara -e- Humayun. Construction of the Tomb began in 1569 AD. It was designed by Persian architect Mirak Mirza Gyas and his son Sayyed Mohammed.
Jama Masjid in Old Delhi originally called Masjid - e –Jahan Numa which means Mosque Commanding View of the World. The Responsibility of its construction was under the supervision of Saadullah Khan who was the Prime Minister of Shahjahan. This Mosque is one of the largest Mosque in India having an occupancy of 25000 people to perform prayers at a time. It was Built by Shahjahan the fifth Emperor of Mughal dynasty. Mosque was completed in 1656 AD & was Inaugurated by the Imam from Bukhara. From Jama Masjid you can see a Beautiful view of Red Fort. After Jama Masjid proceeds for Chandni Chowk.
Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest market from the reign of Mughals. It is said Originally the Bazaar was shaped as a square and to add more beauty there was a pool in the Center. This bazaar is also referred as Moon Light Square. It was designed by the Mughal Princess Jahanara daughter of Shahjahan in 17th Century. Here you will enjoy the rickshaw ride to see the Indian spices and one the busiest market of Old Delhi. After the Chandni Chowk proceed for Buffet Lunch.

Qutub Minar is 73 meters in height. It is one of the Tallest brick Minaret in India which was started by the founder of Delhi Sultanate. Qutub Uddin Aibak of Delhi Sultanate started it around 1192 AD. Qutub Uddin Aibak's Son in Law Iltutmish completed the Minaret in 1369 AD. You can also see the First Mosque to be Built in the Indian Sub Continent Quwwat Ul Islam built in 1193 CE.
